Overview
Join PepsiCo's Global Talent Acquisition team based in Hyderabad, where you will be instrumental in planning and executing talent acquisition strategies, focusing primarily on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for global positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver staffing solutions for assigned vacancies by sourcing qualified internal and external candidates, aiming to meet key performance indicators such as Time to Accept, Time to Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores, and system accuracy.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for each job opening including organizing Recruitment Strategy Meetings, presenting market intelligence and data to agree on service levels.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Design sourcing strategies that utilize innovative tools to identify passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media for both current roles and future talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess internal and external applicants, ensuring candidate shortlists meet diversity and talent standards before presenting to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with TA Operations to guarantee a smooth candidate experience and handle candidate feedback promptly.
- Negotiate and present final job offers effectively.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR partners to foster open communication, deliver high-quality recruitment results, and enhance Talent Acquisition function credibility.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy as per Talent Acquisition service delivery standards.
- Educate clients on recruitment policies regarding internal mobility and external hiring.
- Effectively communicate PepsiCo’s employment value proposition, including company culture, leadership framework, career trajectories, and employer branding to candidates.
- Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to guide stakeholders in making the best hiring decisions for PepsiCo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification is required.
- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition/staffing with a focus on executive recruitment; agency or search firm experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experienced with candidate management systems such as iCIMS or similar applicant tracking technologies.
- Comfortable employing social media channels as part of recruitment strategies.
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or large global matrix organizations preferred.
- Proven capability to influence hiring decisions by providing insight on candidate selection and organizational needs.
- Demonstrates professional maturity and a record of fostering strong client relationships.
- Energetic, personable, and passionate about recruitment, thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
