Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading sales training for the Diabetes business division. The role requires coordination across multiple internal teams and the design, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of training programs for the field force and related sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end training needs for the Diabetes division.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the Division Head, Marketing, Medical, and Field Force teams.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate budgets for training activities at ME and ASM levels based on divisional priorities.
- Run training programs such as Ignites, eBridge, refresher sessions, and LMS-based modules.
- Conduct medical and skill-development workshops for MEs and AMs.
- Plan and implement digital learning initiatives across classroom and online formats.
- Review training outcomes after each program and use the findings to shape future training plans.
