About the Role
The Behavior Architect position involves identifying behavioral challenges and devising effective strategies to address them. This role requires close collaboration with teams across Consulting, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure integrated and aligned project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to research and formulate AI and analytics-based solutions.
- Develop key descriptive hypotheses and design research approaches to understand context and behavioral patterns, proposing prescriptive hypotheses for testing.
- Apply a multidisciplinary problem-solving methodology, integrating behavioral science with data science and engineering.
- Engage effectively with cross-functional teams to represent behavioral science and design perspectives.
- Lead and participate in planning, conducting, and analyzing diverse research projects, ranging from quick tactical studies to comprehensive strategic investigations.
- Conduct customer interviews to uncover core motivations, values, mental models, and emotions.
- Translate research insights into clear, actionable frameworks and visualizations that encourage client teams to reassess problem and opportunity areas.
- Ensure that behavioral science and design teams deliver high-quality outputs to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Communicate research findings convincingly through reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Provide thought leadership within the company and external communities regarding the fusion of AI, engineering, and design disciplines.
- Contribute to shaping the design team’s culture, including its rituals, practices, values, and identity.
