Manager - Quality Control Social Media

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a committed and detail-focused Manager for Quality Control in Social Media to supervise quality assurance procedures across all social media platforms. This position plays a vital role in guaranteeing that all social media content aligns with high-quality standards, brand consistency, and voice. You will collaborate closely with content producers, social media experts, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding digital presence and preserve Qiddiya's brand reputation.

Key Duties

• Set up and uphold quality control criteria for social media content and campaigns.
• Analyze and approve social media materials ensuring accuracy, uniformity, and alignment with brand policies.
• Work alongside content creators and marketing departments offering feedback and suggestions to enhance content quality.
• Supervise social media outlets to assure compliance with company quality and policy standards.
• Detect and respond to concerns regarding misinformation, inappropriate content, or incorrect brand portrayal.
• Design and execute procedures and tools for effective quality control in producing social media content.
• Coach and guide team members on quality protocols and industry best practices.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and present reports with recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or similar disciplines.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing social media, quality control, or evaluating content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong editorial capabilities.
• Skilled in delivering constructive feedback and collaborating effectively with creative teams.
• Proven track record in designing and instituting quality control frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
