Manager Accounts & Billing

Overview

Servocare Lifesciences Private Limited is seeking a Manager Accounts & Billing to efficiently manage comprehensive billing operations along with accounting functions based in Chandigarh. The role focuses on ensuring timely invoicing, financial compliance, and accurate record maintenance using MARG software as a mandatory tool.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire billing process to guarantee precise and prompt invoicing.
• Supervise daily accounting tasks and maintain detailed financial documents.
• Prepare and submit GST returns (R1 & 3B) adhering to current tax regulations.
• Manage taxation paperwork and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain accounts receivable/payable and perform bank reconciliations diligently.
• Understand and prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Trial Balances.
• Create MIS reports and financial statements to support management decisions.
• Conduct ledger reviews, reconciliations, and coordinate month-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, statutory norms, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
• Independently manage accounts and billing responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end billing and accounting management.
• Practical knowledge of taxation and GST return filing.
• Familiarity with Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance preparation.
• Proficiency with Tally and mandatory MARG software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
• Effective communication, leadership qualities, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to operate under deadlines maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Sector Experience

Candidates with prior experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors will be favored.
