About the Internship
Seeking motivated and ambitious females to embark on their career journey in management through a hands-on internship with Pan India Group, a reputed leader in event planning and management across the country. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in structured training sessions aimed at enhancing leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Support the supervision and coordination of daily functions across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, clients, and various stakeholders to facilitate workflows.
- Utilize advanced MS-Excel skills for report generation, data analysis, and project progress monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with teams to formulate and execute strategic plans to aid business growth.

Candidate Eligibility
- Female candidates available to commit full-time, in-office engagement throughout the 6-month duration.

Compensation and Benefits
