Role overview
We are looking for a Mail Administrator to handle email-based document intake and post-closing review tasks for mortgage-related files. The role focuses on sorting, checking, and uploading title, insurance, and recorded documents into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Track and organize incoming emails containing title, insurance, and recorded documents, then upload the relevant files into Salesforce for the appropriate case records.
- Review post-closing documents carefully to confirm they are accurate and compliant.
- Examine final title policies, recorded documents, and insurance policies with attention to detail.
- Enter data into Salesforce for received final title policies, recorded documents, and insurance policies.
- Handle email communication effectively and maintain strong correspondence practices.
Required background and skills
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in US residential mortgage post-closing and title review is needed.
- Must be comfortable working in shifts.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is expected.
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills are important for this role.
- Ability to work with initiative, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willingness to contribute ideas for process enhancements and support team goals.
