Position Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals in logistics and supply chain management to join a remote contracting project aimed at enhancing supply chain operations and documentation quality. This role requires deep domain expertise to assist in training advanced AI systems by providing real-world, high-quality input, influencing how these models learn and operate. Prior experience in AI is not necessary; your specialized knowledge in global logistics is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and adherence to industry standards.
- Create annotated sample documents demonstrating exemplary practices within logistics and supply chain management.
- Review current supply chain procedures and recommend enhancements based on practical experience.
- Offer comprehensive evaluations and feedback focusing on document structure and workflow efficiency related to logistics scenarios.
- Work collaboratively with team members to clarify project needs and articulate complex logistics concepts clearly.
- Engage in quality assurance activities by validating the relevance and precision of supply chain data sets.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources aligned with industry standards and the complexities of supply chain challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of direct experience in logistics and supply chain management, focusing on documentation such as packing lists and bills of lading.
- Strong comprehension of logistics processes, documentation standards, and international supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing and generating supply chain documents.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with a track record of identifying workflow improvements in logistics.
- A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.
