Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipment of goods ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer requirements
• Manage interactions with external partners to maintain seamless business operations
• Identify and establish new global trade routes by onboarding additional partners
• Build durable and trustworthy relationships with customers through quality service and transparent communication
• Work collaboratively with teams including customer success, procurement, product management, growth, and engineering
• Leverage advanced logistics management tools such as Salesforce
• Continuously strive for personal growth and operational efficiency improvements

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-centric with proficiency in KPI analysis and CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Experienced in cost optimization while maintaining a high standard of operations
• Fluent in German at minimum C1 proficiency level
• Experience managing and scaling logistics operations across multiple countries
