About the Role

Join EOS, a global leader in industrial 3D printing technology, supporting our operations in Singapore as a Logistics & IT Systems/Facilities Management Specialist. EOS champions technological innovation with a commitment to responsible manufacturing and a diverse, inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT operations support including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user IT issues promptly with a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage IT assets such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
  • Serve as the local liaison for headquarters or regional IT initiatives, including rollouts and upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT asset inventories, assist with procurement, license tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Deliver first-level logistical support by preparing shipments, coordinating with third-party forwarders, and managing incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for logistics, managing forwarder arrangements and goods flow.
  • Oversee the tracking and updating of service tools in Singapore, including calibration schedules and coordinating tool shipment between local office and HQ.
  • Prepare documentation for materials and tools movement and support the Service & Spares administration team on all logistic matters.
  • Manage facilities to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment, focusing on office and air compressor peripherals.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and inspection schedules for office and technical facilities and keep vendor records and licenses current.
  • Assist with statutory or landlord license renewal applications, renewals, and relevant inspections.
  • Support procurement processes including quotation handling, purchase order issuance, and follow-up on orders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong IT knowledge in corporate environments related to equipment setup and user support, ideally with multinational company experience. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in logistics management involving collaboration with third-party forwarders and hands-on handling of shipments.
  • Facility management experience with attention to fire safety, maintenance of compressed air equipment, and licensure knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to support collaboration across teams and provide user training.

  • Intermediate to experienced career level with 0-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Regular full-time position based in Singapore.
  • Salary determined by the recruiting manager.
