About the Role

Chery South Africa is seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join their head office team in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Area. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales and Finance departments to facilitate the efficient release and allocation of vehicles across dealers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the allocation and release of dealer vehicle orders promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to confirm financial clearance for vehicle releases.
  • Communicate with the Dealer Management System headquarters regarding stock and system orders.

  • Handle situations involving damaged vehicles during transit effectively.
  • Prepare and submit daily Work Schedule (WS) and Return to Transport (RT) reports.
  • Supervise overall stock holdings between various yards for the OEM.
  • Ensure all Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles arrive punctually, are delivered to correct destinations, and meet quality standards cost-effectively.
  • Oversee transportation and distribution logistics from manufacturer to port and onward to dealers complying with prescribed service level agreements.
