Job Overview
As a Loan Sales Executive at Funds24 Advisory Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients interested in various loan products. Your role involves explaining the features and benefits of personal, home, business, and vehicle loans to customers and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and attract prospective customers.
- Provide clear explanations of different loan offerings including personal, home, business, and vehicle loans.
- Evaluate customer requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Collect, verify, and process necessary documentation.
- Assist clients in completing their loan application paperwork.
- Liaise with credit and operations departments to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly or quarterly sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Ability to meet and work under sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
