About the Role
Shri Kalyan Punji Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Loan Officer based at Nexus Spaces, Vishal Astra First Floor 103, AB Rd, Scheme No. 54, Satya Sai Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452010. This role offers a monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000, accompanied by a performance bonus and additional incentives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer communications using the CRM system.
- Assess customer needs for loan products thoroughly.
- Present and explain personal loan options to potential clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers showing interest in loans.
- Gather and verify all necessary documentation from clients.
- Liaise effectively with the backend operations team to ensure smooth processing.
- Guarantee the disbursement of loans in accordance with policies.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships for ongoing business.
Prerequisites and Skills
- Completion of 12th grade is mandatory; candidates with undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate qualifications are also welcome.
