• Respond to questions concerning 3D digital patterning technology, materials used, delivery timelines, and service coverage areas.
• Assess customer needs to qualify leads and direct them to the sales and design teams accordingly.
• Handle customer concerns empathetically and efficiently to resolve issues.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions in the company database.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain a unified customer experience.

Compensation and Employment Details
