Litigation Advocate

Role Overview

The Litigation Advocate position involves managing legal proceedings specifically related to Deemed Conveyance and Co-operative Housing Society Formation issues, based in Wakad, Pune. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience.

Primary Duties

• Appear in hearings concerning Deemed Conveyance and Cooperative Housing Society Formation cases.
• Draft, prepare, and manage legal documents such as notices, applications, affidavits, and responses.
• Represent the organization before authorities including the Competent Authority and Co-operative Department.
• Maintain thorough legal documentation and case files related to conveyance and society formation.
• Collaborate with clients, housing societies, governmental bodies, and internal teams for legal processes.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and submissions on legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support regarding property and co-operative laws.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of an LL.B. degree along with valid Bar Council registration.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably focusing on Deemed Conveyance and Society Formation.
• Strong drafting skills and efficient handling of legal documentation.
• Familiarity with Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and associated legal procedures is advantageous.
• Effective communication abilities and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi is desirable.
