Job description
Overview
A Dublin-based European company is looking to recruit a Listings Executive to enhance their team. Prior experience specifically as a Listings Executive is not mandatory; however, having a background in compliance and a keen interest in this role are essential. The position also presents significant opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating submissions from companies applying to have their debt and fund securities admitted for listing and trading across various markets.
- Coordinating with listing agents, legal representatives, service providers, and international financial institutions concerning listing application issues.
- Engaging with the Central Bank on regulatory aspects related to listings and prospectuses.
- Assisting in policy formulation, including contributing to the Euronext rulebooks and providing regulatory solutions to clients.
- Handling billing information management tasks.
- Advising clients about listing rules and any amendments across multiple exchanges.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Performing ad-hoc compliance-related duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a compliance-related role.
- In-depth understanding of products such as UCITS, OFR, and AIFM.
- Previous experience with listings is highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Confident telephone communication abilities.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, analytical, and proactive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary can be up to €55,000, complemented by benefits including pension plans, bonus schemes, healthcare coverage, hybrid working arrangements (four days onsite, one day remote), travel tax incentives, bike-to-work program, and subsidized canteen facilities. The total compensation package may reach €69,000.
