About the Role
Three Bears is looking for line cooks to join the team in Banff National Park. The venue blends a craft brewery and restaurant concept in a forest setting, with a retractable stargazing roof, a beer garden, and a 25-foot pine tree at the center of the space. The menu focuses on chef-driven dishes designed to pair well with beer brewed on site, ranging from wings and kale salad to hand-stretched pizza and Alberta striploin.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items while maintaining the required standards.
- Coordinate closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Help train new team members when needed.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and clear communication skills.
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen role.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible availability is required.
