Role Overview

This is a fully remote and flexible Life Coach position on the Joy+ platform. As a Coach, you will conduct individual coaching sessions, design tailored development plans for each client, and participate in a supportive community focused on daily growth. You determine your own schedule, operating your coaching practice facilitated by Joy+.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for supporting individuals in their personal development and success
• Prior experience in life coaching, wellness, counseling, or related personal development fields
• Excellent interpersonal skills marked by empathy, warmth, and clear communication
• Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment
• Motivated to create a purposeful coaching career on a self-directed timetable
• Possessing coaching certification or equivalent training is advantageous but not mandatory
