Legal Expert - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Expert to join our client's team on a contractual, remote basis. This role involves delivering expert legal support by collaborating closely with domain specialists and product teams to develop compliant legal frameworks and mitigate risk in a dynamic, application-oriented setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive contract reviews, draft legal documents, and negotiate terms to enhance business outcomes while managing potential risks.
• Perform detailed case analyses and legal research to provide informed insights and recommendations.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution by preparing necessary documentation and supporting both internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Evaluate regulatory compliance and participate in due diligence activities concerning corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design legal system prompts and rubrics, engaging in multi-turn interactions with agents to ensure high-quality legal task performance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and demonstrate professional integrity in all legal communications and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop or improve legal tools and applications using industry expertise.
