Role Summary
We are seeking a fully qualified lawyer (m/w/d) for a permanent position working at least 30 hours per week. In this role within a highly regulated environment, you will ensure reliable compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to management on day-to-day operational matters (in-house legal support).
- Implement and further develop compliance, governance, and risk management policies.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met through policies, processes, and documentation.
- Support audit processes and monitor regulatory developments.
Qualifications
- Completed studies as a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer.
- Preferably experience in regulated sectors such as financial services, energy, or debt collection.
- Knowledge of compliance, data protection, or supervisory law is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in common office software.
- Strong communication and advisory skills with confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented approach.
