Role Overview
We are hiring a Leasing Senior Officer to oversee leasing activities across commercial and residential assets in Dubai. This position focuses on lease administration, tenant coordination, market analysis, occupancy improvement, and cross-functional support to help drive property performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day leasing activities for both commercial and residential properties, covering lease drafting, renewals, and onboarding of new tenants.
- Track occupancy performance and contribute to initiatives that improve space utilization and income generation.
- Study market conditions and rental movements to help set competitive and realistic leasing rates.
- Respond to tenant queries, service requests, and concerns in a way that supports a positive customer experience.
- Work with legal, finance, and other internal teams on lease documentation, collections, and the resolution of disputes.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with tenants, investors, and external partners.
- Compile leasing performance updates, tenant information reports, and market intelligence summaries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and actions aimed at improving revenue outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to leasing policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a similar discipline is required.
Experience
Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, commercial real estate, or work with a real estate agency. Prior exposure to government entities, regulatory bodies, or extensive property portfolios will be an advantage.
