Role overview
A well-established school payroll company is hiring an Admissions Coordinator for its Dubai location, specifically in the Al Barsha/Al Khail area. This is an onsite contract role for 3 months, and the selected candidate should be able to join right away.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming admissions leads, follow up promptly, and guide prospects through to school tours and registrations.
- Process applications and keep customer information up to date and accurate in Salesforce.
- Help drive enrolment goals by managing leads proactively, supporting cross-sell efforts, and handling the waitlist.
- Take part in admissions-related events when needed, including some evening or weekend work.
- Track and share updates on lead conversion, enrolment outcomes, and data accuracy against KPI requirements.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, working under pressure, and meeting targets.
- Emotionally aware, proactive, and oriented toward service delivery.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa and health insurance and can join immediately.
Employment details
This position is a temporary 3-month contract on the employer's payroll. The role is based onsite in Dubai and may require availability during evenings or weekends for admissions activities.
