Overview

Based in County Cavan, this role involves partnering closely with leadership, the People team, and external providers to coordinate, monitor, and assess various learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted liaison for leaders, HR Business Partners, and external facilitators regarding all learning-related matters.
  • Take full ownership for organizing learning programs, including scheduling sessions, managing nominations, communicating with participants, tracking attendance and completion, following up with suppliers, and gathering evaluation feedback across different sites and departments.
  • Handle detailed administrative tasks such as pursuing attendance confirmations, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate records to keep programs on schedule and ensure visibility at key milestones.
  • Analyze learning data to create comprehensive dashboards and reports that inform leadership about program effectiveness, identify gaps, and help prioritize next steps.
  • Leverage feedback and performance metrics to evaluate learning impact and contribute insights to enhance program design and delivery.
  • Assist with developing learning resources and toolkits, collaborating with external facilitators who generally lead sessions.
  • Support the organization's digital skills agenda by identifying digital capability gaps and encouraging adoption and confidence in new tools and systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or possessing a recognized qualification in HR or Learning & Development.
  • Background in a varied, generalist L&D role providing broad exposure.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail including managing schedules, records, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Experienced in managing the full cycle of learning program implementation including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Skilled in analyzing feedback and data to detect trends and advise on learning program improvements.
  • Comfortable working with digital learning platforms, including e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft 365 for delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, able to build credibility with all levels within an organization.
  • Having a coaching or profiling certification is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The offer includes a competitive salary range between 55,000 and 65,000 EUR per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and pension contributions.
