As a Learning & Leadership Development Lead, you will introduce award-winning personal enrichment programs to people around the world. Key responsibilities

• Present and promote personal development programs to a global audience
• Use a straightforward three-step marketing approach to reach people who are a strong fit
• Explain how the programs support growth, purpose, and achievement
• Develop genuine relationships with clients and team members
• Help team members align their personal goals with their professional direction
• Operate independently while staying connected to a supportive global team
• Oversee and manage your own marketing budget
• Lead onboarding orientations for new team members
• Maintain daily personal development and mindset practices
