Learning and Development Consultant

Role Overview

This assignment is for an Adult Learning Facilitator who will deliver training and learning support for Ubertal Inc. The engagement is a 6-month contract beginning in August. The work is remote-based, but the role requires extensive nationwide travel across the United States to plasma center locations, covering roughly 75% to 100% of the time.

Interview Process

Selection interviews will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Run interactive learning sessions in both online and on-site settings.
• Lead workshops and hands-on learning activities that keep participants engaged.
• Offer coaching and support to learners throughout the training process.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the instructional design team to align training delivery.
• Adjust facilitation methods to suit varied audience needs and learning styles.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in facilitation and public presentation.
• Background in adult education or training delivery.
• Strong ability to handle group interactions and dynamics.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the country.
