Role Overview

The Lead - Talent Acquisition at Aditya Birla Capital holds responsibility for strategizing and executing the talent sourcing and hiring efforts to meet the organization's workforce demands across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead ABHI's talent acquisition initiatives to effectively attract and recruit skilled professionals.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to thoroughly understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Ensure recruitment processes lead to timely, efficient, and cost-effective fulfillment of job openings.
Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both immediate hiring and future organizational growth.
Enhance the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Strengthen employer brand positioning to attract top industry talent.
Utilize data analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
Continuously refine hiring procedures to align with ABHI's growth objectives and talent goals.
