Job Overview
Modern Dairy Machines is seeking a Lead Management Executive based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves effectively communicating the company's products and services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate details of company products and services to clients.
- Assess customer requirements to suggest fitting solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into confirmed sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested clients until the final sale is achieved.
- Handle customer objections professionally and find effective responses.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and calls within the CRM system.
- Meet and aim to surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of customers.
- Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer queries and deliver after-sales service support when necessary.
- Adhere to established sales procedures and uphold the company's quality standards.
Compensation
Salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
