Overview
Talent Core Technologies is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist for their US-based operations in Ahmedabad. This role requires someone passionate about generating qualified leads and contributing to business growth by engaging potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate prospective leads using LinkedIn, various job portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through messaging and telephone communication.
- Assess the suitability of leads and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Maintain and regularly update lead information while consistently meeting daily targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient English communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales will be considered advantageous.
- Strong focus on goals and self-driven attitude.
