Lawn Care Technician

Role Expectations

• Conduct lawn inspections, identify issues, and administer proper treatments.
• Plan and manage daily service routes efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and office staff as needed.
• Utilize smartphones or tablets proficiently to document and keep accurate records.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating small equipment required for lawn care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the lawn care industry is essential.
• Holding or willingness to obtain Virginia Department of Agriculture lawn care applicator license within 90 days of employment is strongly preferred.
• Commitment to participate in continuing education to maintain necessary CEUs.
