Role Overview
The position is for a generalist focused on English and Marathi language tasks. The work is fully remote and paid at an hourly rate of $15 to $20.
What You Will Do
- Verify facts by using reliable public references and external tools.
- Create high-quality human evaluation datasets by spotting strengths, improvement areas, and factual errors in responses.
- Judge the clarity, reasoning quality, tone, and completeness of generated answers.
- Check that outputs follow expected conversational standards and system instructions.
- Work on your own schedule in an asynchronous setup while helping improve model performance and quality.
Required Background
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, be a native Marathi speaker, and have substantial hands-on experience with large language models. Strong English writing ability, sharp attention to detail, and prior exposure to work that requires structured analytical thinking are also important.
Preferred Experience
Experience in RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation is an advantage. The role also values candidates who have written or edited polished content and who are comfortable comparing multiple outputs and making nuanced quality judgments.
