Job Overview

An Abu Dhabi-based construction and contracting client is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support project delivery in MBZ City, UAE. The role calls for someone with a background in residential, commercial, villa, and building works who can manage site surveys, setting-out tasks, and measurement accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle.

Compensation

The role offers a salary of up to AED 6,000 per month, with the final amount negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out land and construction site surveys using surveying tools and GPS devices.
• Set out buildings, villas, roads, and infrastructure works accurately on site.
• Check project coordinates, levels, and dimensions against approved drawings.
• Prepare survey documentation, records, and as-built drawings.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site personnel to maintain survey precision.
• Track construction progress and provide surveying support during execution.
• Follow project specifications and quality requirements throughout the work.
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments as needed.

Requirements

• A background in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE construction projects.
• Hands-on exposure to residential, commercial, villa, and building developments.
• Working knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying applications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site layouts accurately.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Applicants should already be available within the UAE.
