Job Overview
Poha Shack, located in Swaroop Nagar (Chat Chauraha), Kanpur, seeks dedicated night shift kitchen personnel. The role entails night hours from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, and involves preparing food, performing basic cooking tasks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting at the counter during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and meals as required by the kitchen.
- Carry out fundamental cooking duties under supervision.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
- Support counter operations during peak service times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Open to freshers; no prior experience necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Candidates residing locally in Swaroop Nagar or Kanpur are preferred for convenient commuting.
Compensation and Benefits
