Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all plates, utensils, and kitchen tools are expertly cleaned and available throughout service.
• Provide essential support to the entire restaurant team, front and back of house, for smooth operations.
• Develop a solid understanding of the menu and take pride in food presentation.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, diligently cleaning all areas including cupboards and corners.
• Help maintain high standards in line with company policies and guidelines to keep the restaurant looking its best.
