Join us as a Kitchen Designer where you'll enjoy assisting customers in creating their ideal kitchen solutions. This position demands a consultative sales approach, strong customer engagement, and accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales targets contributing to department objectives, including diligent follow-ups on pending quotes to close sales.
• Interact with kitchen customers using the 20/20 design system to deliver tailored kitchen designs, present product choices, and prepare precise quotes.
• Support customers by sharing knowledge across related product categories, managing special orders, and coordinating installation services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 1-2 or more years experience in a sales-focused setting.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong abilities in reading, communication, mathematics, and delivering excellent customer care.
• Understanding of construction principles with capability to interpret blueprints and floor plans.
• Sharpened decision-making and problem-solving talents.
• Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom cabinets and experience using design software such as 20/20 or AutoCAD is advantageous.
