Kitchen Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves tasks such as cleaning and cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, cleaning kitchen surfaces including floors and refrigerators, taking out the trash, and adhering to sanitary and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the chef with daily kitchen duties
• Clean and chop vegetables as required
• Prepare ingredients for cooking
• Wash dishes and kitchen tools promptly
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy throughout the shift
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces including floors and refrigerators
• Dispose of waste appropriately
• Follow all hygiene and sanitary regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar kitchen assistant or related role
• Language proficiency: Basic Russian - spoken B1 (intermediate), written A1 (beginner)
