Role Overview
Join our dynamic and energetic team as a Kids Club Attendant, dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children at our club/crèche. This role entails close coordination with the entertainment management to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and fun activities that meet the scheduled plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment and Rixy Club management to maintain a secure space for all children attending the kid’s club and crèche.
- Ensure accurate completion of children's registration forms by parents, capturing essential child history.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of toys and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
- Communicate with management regarding the requirement of additional or replacement toys.
- Follow prescribed daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules strictly as directed by supervisors.
- Enforce kid’s club rules and regulations consistently to guarantee a safe environment.
- Keep the club and crèche areas clean and orderly at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about the club’s facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in childcare, nursery, schooling, camp supervision, or similar roles dealing with children is favored.
- Capability to provide friendly, professional, and courteous service consistently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive workplace relationships across departments.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills such as Russian are considered beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
