Role overview

This position is for a strategic e-commerce leader who will manage major marketplace accounts across the US and EU from Dubai. The role sits within the B2B function and focuses on end-to-end marketplace growth. You will take ownership of business performance across key channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and Allegro, with full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and account performance.

What you will do

  • Create and roll out annual and quarterly sales plans for Amazon in the US and EU, Walmart, and Allegro.
  • Take charge of revenue, margin, and overall account health across the assigned marketplaces.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to anticipate inventory demand, avoid stockouts, and manage FBA and WFS operations.
  • Coordinate Trading and PLA Account Executives so that pricing, advertising, and content efforts support broader business objectives.
  • Spot new product opportunities and lead successful launches in the US and European markets.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, covering performance indicators, market growth, and improvement areas.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
  • Hands-on exposure to Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and/or European marketplaces such as Allegro.
  • Strong evidence of managing large-scale accounts and driving year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of marketplace ranking systems, logistics flows, and regulatory or compliance needs in the US and EU.
