Role Summary
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, your primary goal is to craft intuitive user experiences that boost client productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and user needs to ensure the highest quality user experience.
- Collaborate in defining user experience and assist with content creation, manuals, guidelines, and product development initiatives.
- Design workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision Studio, then provide the development teams with screens and guidelines for implementation.
- Engage in daily standups and planning meetings, articulating and advocating design ideas.
- Participate in discovery and ideation phases alongside the Product Owner.
- Defend design rationale and strategy while managing continuous feedback from teams and clients.
- Identify client needs and propose feasible, creative, and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in UX/UI design or similar roles.
- Proficient with prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Familiarity with various systems such as operating systems, business applications, information systems, and ERP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating interfaces for digital products like mobile apps or web platforms.
- Understanding of research methodologies and usability principles.
- Completion of product discovery and UX design courses, such as those offered by PM3.
