Job Responsibilities

• Create and enhance automated test equipment (ATE) test programs for FPGA and SoC products, integrating timing, signal levels, and test flow to ensure comprehensive evaluation.
• Participate in new product introductions by collaborating with test pattern developers to generate, debug, and apply new test patterns.
• Collaborate with product and yield engineers to implement tests aimed at improving production yield and quality.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost-saving initiatives, including test duration reduction and multi-site test development and rollout.
• Analyze extensive test data sets to support yield enhancement, failure analysis, and ongoing optimization; develop automated dashboards and reporting tools.
• Lead and execute complex projects focused on reducing test costs and managing new product testing phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ATE test program development, especially with platforms like Advantest T2000 or Verigy93000 (Smartest 7/8).
• Demonstrated success in developing and deploying new test programs to production, along with a solid grasp of testing principles and new product development.
• Advanced skills in Python and C++ for developing test programs, tools, and data processing, familiar with libraries such as OpenSSL, NumPy, and Pandas; ability to build and maintain reliable regression test suites.
• Proficiency with Git for source control and Confluence for maintaining documentation and knowledge.
• Strong Linux expertise for development, scripting, automation, and managing working environments.

Academic Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering at the bachelor's or master's level.
• Preferred focus areas include Electronics or Computer Engineering specialties.
