About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Talent Agent to join a prominent talent agency based in Dublin. This role involves supporting a varied portfolio of digital creators, television presenters, and athletes. It is a fantastic chance to develop a career in talent management by gaining practical experience in brand partnerships, commercial campaigns, and managing high-profile clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management activities for digital creators, TV presenters, and athletes.
- Collaborate with senior agents on commercial deals, marketing campaigns, and additional talent opportunities.
- Initiate proactive communication with brands and agencies to create partnership prospects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with brands, PR agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize schedules, meetings, appearances, and diaries for talents.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Develop talent-related materials including proposals and pitch documents.
- Handle incoming inquiries and offer support during negotiation processes.
- Participate in meetings, photo shoots, and events as required.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum of one year experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or public relations.
- A passionate interest in digital talent, television, sports, and popular culture.
- Excellent communication skills when engaging with talent, brands, and external partners.
- Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities, especially with diary management and administrative tasks.
- Proactive approach in conducting outreach to brands independently.
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.
Additional Information
The role follows a hybrid working model with 2 to 3 days per week onsite at the Dublin office.
The salary range offered is between $30,000 and $32,000 per annum.
