Overview
Join a dynamic SEO team as a Junior SEO Specialist based in Sydney, where you will manage your own client portfolios and drive impactful SEO campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills to maximize organic search results, supported by ongoing training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple SEO campaigns across diverse industries to enhance organic search performance.
- Maintain strong communication with clients through emails, calls, and meetings to keep them well-informed on campaign progress.
- Implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies, tackling technical improvements along with content and link-building initiatives.
- Generate monthly performance reports with clear data insights understandable to clients.
- Conduct website audits using specialized SEO tools to identify and resolve technical issues with actionable plans.
- Engage in continuous learning through specialized internal training programs, coaching sessions, and workshops alongside the SEO team.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, exchanging knowledge, supporting one another, and contributing to team success.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Current residency in Sydney, Australia.
- Proven teamwork experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, or education.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to grasp core on-page and off-page SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting via email, calls, and meetings.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and effective time management.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and relationship-driven professional.
Preferred but Not Required
- Formal qualifications such as Cert IV, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in Marketing or related fields.
- Previous marketing or SEO experience.
- Experience using artificial intelligence to enhance SEO strategy and daily management.
- Completion of SEO training programs like Hawk Academy or similar.
- Familiarity with SEO software such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
