Job description
About the Role
The Muthoot Group is actively seeking candidates for the positions of Junior Relationship Executive (exclusively male candidates) and Customer Care Executive (exclusively female candidates) to support expansion at our Nayagaon-Mohali and Raipur Rani-Panchkula branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and telemarketing activities.
- Facilitate acquisition of new KYC documentation from clients.
- Promote and sell various OFP (Other Financial Products).
- Process and manage gold loan services.
Required Skills
- Strong orientation towards achieving sales targets.
- Proven selling and persuasion abilities.
