Your Role and Responsibilities

Step into the future of mobility by collaborating closely with regional management and network managers, gaining deep insight into the operational processes of railway transport. This role involves:

• Driving exciting projects forward to transform innovative ideas into tangible outcomes.
• Creating detailed analyses, reports, and presentations that serve as crucial input during monthly team meetings.
• Facilitating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders while diligently advancing strategic topics and initiatives.
• Assessing current operational concepts and working with network managers to develop proposals for optimization.
• Organizing and leading meetings and workshops, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
• Gradually familiarizing yourself with the roles of specialists and managers to take on initial independent representative duties after comprehensive onboarding.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, mobility/transport management, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on experience through internships or working student roles is highly beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially skilled at handling complex Excel spreadsheets and developing impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• A committed team player who approaches challenges with solution-oriented thinking and communicates effectively across all levels.
