Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in a sales-oriented role such as sales representative, business development, inside sales, telesales, account executive, sales manager, or customer success manager.
- A strong desire for growth coupled with an ambitious mindset.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory.
Compensation Package
- Year 1 average total compensation: €45,000 and above.
- Year 2 average total compensation: €75,000 and above.
- Base salary depends on experience.
- Commission structure is uncapped, offering unlimited earning potential.
- Top performers can earn well beyond these figures.
