April is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in fueling our growth.   • Work with hiring teams to clarify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize job platforms, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers efficiently.
  • Collect and organize feedback from interview panels to aid in hiring decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies to attract top talent.

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Prior exposure to startups, technology firms, or rapidly growing businesses is highly advantageous.
  • Capable of handling multiple job openings simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
