The Junior Producer will work closely with the digital, social, and broadcast teams, supporting campaigns for leading automotive, FMCG, technology, and non-profit clients.

Position Overview

As a Junior Producer, you will combine operational precision with a passion for storytelling, playing an integral role in bringing content ideas to fruition. Daily tasks will be varied but generally include producing in-house shoots, coordinating logistics, overseeing on-set activities, supporting broadcast projects, and managing post-production tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production from initial concept through to final delivery for social, web, and CRM channel shoots.
• Oversee logistics such as scheduling shoots, contracting talent, location scouting and obtaining permits, and managing equipment and production crews.
• Provide on-set leadership to ensure alignment with creative briefs during social content shoots.
• Assist broadcast producers by booking sound studios, coordinating voiceover talent, and handling approval processes including CAD approvals and licensing.
• Track post-production progress by managing edit suites, reviewing edits, and maintaining an organized production asset library.

Background & Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in content production, digital media, project management, or creative operations.

Required Skills

• Exceptional organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple budgets and timelines efficiently.
• Technologically adept with basic knowledge of post-production software and project management tools such as Asana.
• Flexible and proactive attitude, eager to engage in creative ideation with pragmatic production insights.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary of $74,000 AUD, inclusive of superannuation contributions.
