About Roveir and Roveia Health
Roveir serves as a growth marketing ally to tech companies, startups, and direct-to-consumer brands. Established by former Facebook and Tesla personnel, it excels in scaling paid customer acquisition through performance-focused advertising and systems optimized for conversions. Roveia Health is a dedicated growth branch concentrating on telehealth, health and wellness, and digital health sectors—fostering growth for clients in GLP-1, supplements, and patient acquisition through performance marketing. Together, these brands oversee millions in monthly advertising investments across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, supporting clients ranging from emerging startups to major consumer brands. The teams are fully remote and globally distributed, striving for impactful growth outcomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid acquisition campaigns within the portfolios of Roveir and Roveia Health clients. This is a professional role requiring prior experience running advertisements on Meta, Google, or both. Candidates must be familiar with campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and goal-oriented optimization.
The role involves collaborating closely with senior Performance Marketing Leads, holding responsibility for campaign execution, daily monitoring, and reporting for active client accounts. Candidates will be expected to actively contribute rather than only assist.
Successful performers can anticipate advancement to a full Performance Marketing Lead position within 12 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms under guidance from senior staff
- Oversee daily campaign monitoring, pacing, and performance analysis across numerous accounts
- Implement optimizations like adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and switching creatives based on performance insights
- Maintain an organized account structure, consistent naming conventions, and well-ordered campaigns
- Assist in creative testing by designing experiments and monitoring their results
- Gather and prepare performance data for regular weekly and monthly client reports
- Effectively communicate performance results to Performance Marketing Leads and account management teams
- Coordinate creative resources between designers and media buyers
- Manage uploading and organizing ad creatives within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads environments
- Offer foundational feedback on creatives based on campaign performance signals
Candidate Requirements
- Between one and two years of practical experience executing Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns, either through agencies, in-house roles or freelance work
- Experience building campaigns independently rather than simply boosting posts or passively observing
- Strong comprehension of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding tactics, and optimization options
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and draw logical conclusions
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple account assignments
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setup
- Preferably has managed ad budgets across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Agency experience is a plus, even if brief
- Advanced familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads tools beyond basic use
- Has run lead generation, eCommerce, or application download campaigns, not limited to awareness campaigns
- Aspirations to advance into senior performance marketing roles and a serious commitment to the craft
Unsuitable Candidate Traits
- Only experience in boosting posts or handling a single, small campaign
- Requires detailed, step-by-step guidance for routine campaign activities
- Unable to articulate their campaigns' specifics, outcomes, or lessons learned
- Seeking a passive role without ownership or responsibility
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Experience with both Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Knowledge of GA4, UTM tagging, or setting up conversion tracking
- Familiarity with project management systems such as ClickUp
- Interest in health, wellness, technology, or DTC sectors
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 45000 to 65000 CAD, depending on experience
- Fully remote employment with a globally distributed team
- Direct mentorship from experienced senior performance marketers
- Defined career progression towards a Performance Marketing Lead role within 12 to 18 months
- Hands-on exposure to real client campaigns in tech, health, and DTC markets
- Collaboration with operators and professionals formerly employed by Facebook and Tesla
Hiring Steps
- Initial application screening reviewing past experience and practical ad campaign execution
- First interview focused on discussion of previous campaigns, performance perspectives, and career goals
- Second interview conducted with a senior team member or the CEO
- Practical assessment requiring presentation of a real campaign managed including strategy, optimizations, and results
