Junior Officer - Packing OSD

Role Overview

This position supports packing operations for oral solid dosage products at Lupin’s Sikkim location. The role focuses on running packing equipment efficiently, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring smooth shift-wise production.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply basic understanding of GDP and data integrity practices during daily work.
• Record batch observations online and maintain accurate monitoring throughout the process.
• Use equipment and materials in a way that maximizes productivity and minimizes waste.
• Set up and operate BQS, Uhlmann blister packing equipment, and the defoiling machine.
• Work with the engineering team to plan and support preventive maintenance for BQS and related machines.
• Raise timely requests for spare parts and change parts when required.
• Follow all company safety, health, and environment guidelines.
• Ensure the entire shift operation is carried out in line with cGMP requirements.

Experience Required

The role expects 3 to 5 years of experience handling blister packing operations, especially on ACG PAM blister packing machines and Uhlmann blister packing machines.

Education Required

Applicants should have a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or Pharmacy. Candidates with a background in Technical or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered.
