Job Overview

If you have completed your studies or vocational training and want to actively shape the IT landscape beyond routine support tasks, we want you! Join our IT team and take responsibility for our modern Microsoft environment and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune ensuring smooth operations.
• Configure endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune and oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) for our Windows device fleet.
• Provide comprehensive support from first to third level, resolving hardware and software issues independently or with external partners.
• Maintain and operate Windows and Linux servers, ensuring system security and data backups.
• Contribute to process improvements through automation using M365 tools and custom developments.
• Create technical documentation for changes and user-friendly guides and handouts for end-users.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree in computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling complex technical challenges.
• A service-oriented approach, teamwork mindset, and clear communication with users.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and proactive attitude towards adopting new technologies such as process automation.
• Basic familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructures gained through internships or projects is highly advantageous.
