About Severin*s Resort & Spa

Job Role Overview

The resort is seeking a Junior HR Assistant (m/w/d) starting August 1st, 2026 or by arrangement, to work full-time onsite. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the HR department and assist with routine tasks.
  • Manage email communication and maintain the HR mailbox.
  • Handle and track employee sick leave notifications (AU certificates).

  • Coordinate and support interns by organizing and acting as a point of contact during their work period.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff members.
